4.1. All content in Heejrah, including but not limited to images, icons, and code, is owned or licensed by Hrluqman Dotcom Ventures.

4.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the app without prior written consent from us.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. You agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with Islamic principles and local laws.

5.2. You must not:

6.2. We do not guarantee that the app will always function error-free or uninterrupted.

6.3. Prayer times, Qibla directions, and other features rely on third-party data and may vary in accuracy. Use them at your discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7.2. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, inaccuracies in prayer times, or misuse of the app.
